- DESIGNING THE BUILDING ALTITUDES
Since ages, from the time of the emergence of mankind, human being has been striving for food, clothing and shelter. From the time man stopped wandering and began to settle at a place, his habitat hecame his concern.
Even today, a meagre house is not serving the man's purpose. Every human being likes his dream house to be creative and exclusive. But a fact remains a fact that all cannot be creative enough to make their dream house more ethnic with creativity.
Bismark Archineering is an Organization helping out the people in fulfilling the dreams of the people since 1998. It has emerged with an aim of "Design and Build". It takes up the projects on turn key basis from the state of designing till construction. At every stage of the activities, it cares for the interest of end user through "Designers perspective".
Its policy being "Understanding the customer's customer", Bismark Archineering has successfully ventured its projects like Residences, Commercial Complexes, Industries, Land Scapes, etc. including Interiors, Exteriors, Elevations, etc. to the utmost satisfaction of the end user.
Construction is termed as a hectic phenomenon, which includes heavy investment and laborious efforts. It requires personal attention of the customer at every spec of time. In today's busy schedules, one cannot afford to spend is his valuable time. Bismark Archineering came out with a solution of taking up the projects from "Designing to Building". As all the activities are handled by Bismark, there will not be any requirement for the customer to move about for design, drawings, etc. to various Organizations as all are available under one roof. This reduces the cost upto 25% along with economy of time and stress.
One might ask that how are the savings made. The reason here is a collective intelligence. Like captive machinery & equipment and a seasoned construction wing - joined by an innovative architecture panel - supported by an inbuilt Imagineering team makes Bismark Archineering to eliminate the artificial barriers between the designer and the constructor.
