Rev. Kimberly legally changed her name to Renee Root as she is starting in new chapter in her life and with the Lord.
Rev. Kimberly is an ordained pastor and founded of Ring of Fire Evangelistic Ministry in Olney, Illinois. She was the founder and manager of Blue Jeans For Jesus Thrift Store.
Rev. Kimberly is a published writer and her latest book was "The Adventures of Faith, Hope and Love." The book was written because of three kittens that were left on her doorstep in a basket. This is a story of three kittens who disobey their owner by going into a nearby yard. The fun found in exploring turns to fear when they meet a large dog. The kittens realize they need punishment. They are forgiven as Miss Kim shows a forgiving nature to that of God. God shows mercy and grace to his children who have sinned. This book may be enjoyed by children of all ages. Children from 5 on up would understand the story. Rev. Kimberly has won awards for previous photography. The three kittens left on her doorstep found good homes.

"The Adventures of Faith, Hope and Love" was written because of three kittens left on Rev. Kimberly's doorstep in a basket. This is a story of three kittens who disobey their owner by going into a nearby yard. The fun found in exploring turns to fear when they meet a large dog. The kittens realize they need punishment, they are forgiven as Miss Kim shows a forgiving nature to that of God. God shows mercy and grace to his children who have sinned. This book may be enjoyed by children of all ages. Children from 5 on up would understand the story. Rev. Kimberly has won awards for previous photography. The three kittens left on the doorstep found good homes. The first kitten was adopted by her grandmother (but now lives with Rev. Kim because her grandmother went home to be with the Lord) and the other two were adopted by a family from church and a cousin who lives in Indiana. It took Kimberly six months to write the book, and it was published approximately six months later. The book is published by Fairway Press. The Adventures of Faith, Hope and Love is dedicated to God, who blessed her with this writing talent and to Kimberly's nieces and nephews.
