Born and raised in Boise, Idaho I moved to San Diego to get a history degree at UCSD, then returned to Boise and put that degree to use as a radio DJ for two years (I'm sure the parents were very proud.) No longer lulled by the songs of the radio sirens, I began a supervision career for a Fortune 500 company in Boise and enjoyed that position for thirteen years. Deciding that it was a good time to indulge my wanderlust while I was still healthy and unattached, I quit my great job, sold the house and car, and spent eighteen months traveling the world and driving all over North America. I finished the adventure off by spending the winter of '06/'07 snowed in at the family cabin in the Idaho wilderness doing nothing but reading, writing, and thinking deep thoughts. Throughout all of that I've maintained a love of all things humorous. I read it, watch it, and try to write it.
