Was born 13th February, 1976 (the same day the then President of Nigeria - General Murtala Mohammed was assassinated) to Mr and Mrs Patrick/Stella Abila in a very rural village name Iyani, in north eastern part of Ondo State, Nigeria. Had primary education in the same village (United Anglican Primary School, Iyani-Ibaram) and secondary education at Community Comprehensive High School, Ikaram Akoko and first university education at Federal University of Technology, Yola-Nigeria and second at University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
