Author of over 14 books in the areas of time-travel, UFOlogy, alternative healing,spiritual enlightenment,romance(historical and western),and general "how-to" information. I have also written for over 35 magazines free-lance and worked as a full-time staff member or contract writer for several newspapers and newsmagazines for over 10 years. And I have written lots of poetry and had it published in various anthologies. Originally went to college on Oelwein Daily Register Scholarship;earned a BS in Education from the U of South Dakota and attended graduate college at the U of Iowa School of Journalism and Writers' Workshop; am also a reigstered med lab tech. In addition to this I mave a college minor in microbiology and am certified as a pharmacy technician with a license in water-wastewater treatment. Over the years I have traveled in Europe, Canada, Mexico and I have also worked as a hotel reservationist and Bus company ADA-lead. As the daughter of a state legislator(Iowa) and pharmacy board member, I have always been interested in politics.My husband of 26 years is a former school psychologist and was a graduate instructor of psychology at Indiana University. He has written for contemporary magazines and had his masters thesis published in the Journal of Psychonomic Science. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren(and 3 cats!)

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- I have received the Editors' Choice Award in poetry Three times in as many years!Designated as FINALIST for "Fresh Voices" Writing Contest in historical Fiction Category for my novel A ST LOUIS SAGA
- I have been listed in Whos Who from 1998-2003. For one of those years, I may have been listed in Whos Who in the Midwest.
- Was listed in the International Whos Who of Writers and Authors which is published in Cambridge, England.
- In 2004 I was inducted into the American Society of Published Authors and was mentioned in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals(and made that in 05 as well)!

MY NEWS:
In the summer of 2003 I was interviewed by the BBC in New Orleans for the Dilly Barlowe special on time-travel. They were interested in the device I discussed in my book STRANGER THAN FICTION: THE TRUE TIME-TRAVEL ADVENTURES OF STEVE GIBBS " THE RAINMAN OF TIME-TRAVEL";since then I have been interviewed by Mr. Merklinger in his "mysteries of the Mind" series and by Daniel Ott of "the Edge" as well as a number of others.
