 I developed a love for writing as a young child growing up in an upstate NY city. Art and poetry was my basic form of expression for many years. I attended Paier College of Art in New Haven, Ct majoring in illustration. For many years while my children were of school age I taught private art classes and wrote on the side. My writing took on a life of it's own and was shared with friends and family. A true form of relaxation and pleasure was derived. As with many artists I have begun many projects, had numerous ideas and set my words onto paper to store them for future enjoyment. I am ready to share my work with the hopes the merge of my artistic eye blending with my words will paint beautiful pictures for all that read them.

- Charter Member of the National Museum For Women In The Arts
- Seasonal writer for the Southington Step Saver/ Observer in which I wrote pieces that linked the gifts of holidays with the gifts of art.
