My name is LaCrista Dawson and I am a 31 year old single mother on one. I reside in Akron, OH. I have earned a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication/Public Relations and am finishing my Masters degree in Organizational Communication from The University of Akron.
Writing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I enjoy writing poetry, childrens books, short stories, and songs.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- I won 1st place in a state oratorical competitions when I was sixteen years old.
- I won 1st place in a city essay contest sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity during my senior year of high school
- I had five songs published on Rival Records in 2000.
