My name is Barbara Cairns, originally a New Englander and now retired and living in Florida. I left Ct after college to teach in Seattle, then joined DODDS to teach in Labrador and Germany where I met my British husband. We spent 26 years in the R. De Panama where I retired as elementary school principal in the CZ schools. I love writing, painting and volunteering at a wildlife park. Past activities have included soloing a Cessna 140, gliding , and hot air ballooning. Love meeting new people and having new experiences, all great fodder for this wonderful writing business we're all in.
