born 1953, Deptford, South East London, I was very nearly the baby born closest to the Coronation but wasn't, and my parents never got to meet the new Queen Elizabeth.
At 12 my penchant for cross dressing became an issue following a contre-temp with a few local schoolgirls and I was 'treated' with electro aversion therapy.
I left school at 14, lost my virginity, met a man with a piano, had some fun then found the job of dreams. at a boutique in Sohos' Carnaby Street. A record promoter took a shine to me and as a consequence became a 'must have' at Showbiz parties and gatherings.
A few years later androgynous 'Foxy' had the pleasure of sharing space with a beautiful pop star only to run away and into the arms of a Latin Scorpion.
The 1980's were hugely successful, I lived and worked in London, Paris, Hong Kong, New York and Atlanta, Georgia. I had developed my raw sales ability into fancy patter. Granddad Alf would have been proud of me.
I had gender re-assignment (ie sex change) in 1992, was diagnosed with MS in '95, then tragically Julian, my partner of 21 years, died suddenly.
I moved back to London and wrote a book.
Now I'm in Torquay, Devon and Foxy's a fella again - though still androgynous.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Toughing it out and more than holding my own, in the rough neighbourhood of docklands London.
- Acknowledging my sexuality, living through the drug fuelled showbiz party scene, having a ball and learning a lot about life at an early age.
- Getting over my drug habit and shaking off old criminal connections. Major success in business, travelling the world, falling in love. Having the balls (sic) to go ahead with gender re-assignment.
- Not over-concerning myself with MS diagnosis. Surviving the suicide number, recovering from grief-stricken disconsolate soul I had become, following the sudden death of my partner of twenty odd years. Getting it together again, re-re-assigning my gender and putting together a sensational novel, which I'm dead proud of.
