I began writing at the age of 11 and the following year won first place in my sixth grade poetry contest. In
high school I was on both the newspaper and literary magazine staff. I edited "Eclat*" during my senior year.
Three years after graduating high school, I sold my first poem. Since then my poetry has been widely published as magazine verse and in numerous anthologies. I have also written articles for several news letters.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Gave poetry readings at both Seminole Community College and Lynn Marie*s Coffee House.
- Was a featured Poet at the Poetry Super Highway in November, 2003.
- Was the star writer for "The Mission Quest" for which I wrote articles on quality management.
- Received Southern Poetry Association*s "Blue Ribbon Award".

MY NEWS:
My personal poetry web site has been updated to include a master index to improve site navigation. Also, I have added a link to The Starlite Cafe.
My poem entitled "Romantically Me" has been published in "GotPoery*s Off-Line Anthology First Edition" available at both Amazon.com and Barnes and Nobels on-line, as well as in bookstores. I was one of 38 poets world-wide selected to be included in this anthology.
In August 2006, PoemHunter.com published 253 of my poems as an e-book in their Poetry Series.
