I have a M.Ed. and I am an E.S.L. and Mathematics teacher by profession who is currently a part-time tutor in both subject areas. While I do not have a full-time job as a classroom teacher, yet I am interested in publishing Poems that have a Christian message.

Hope is like a burning candle,
That dispels all dark clouds of fear.
When Hope becomes life’s motive,
Then our lives become fully votive.
Hope is like a burning incense,
That emits its fragrance in the air.
When Hope is all that we inhale,
Then the storms of life become pale.
Hope is like an unquenchable fire,
That destroys every desire to despair.
When Hope, who is Jesus, infuses His Lucid Lasting Light,
Then reunion, for those who die in Him, becomes forth-right.
