MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- In December 2004, I won $500 dollars in contest for an article I wrote that was published in the newsletter of the company that managed my apartment complex. The company (Habitat) managed ten other properties in Chicago. My article appeared on the front page of the newsletter, which was distributed to all residents of each property!
- I have written various articles/essays that have been published to web content sites including Constant Content, Associated Content, and Helium.
- To keep my home PCs working properly, I have successfully installed a memory card/upgrade, replaced a hard drive, and replaced a power supply unit. I'm not a hardware expert but I managed to do these things without any tech support!
- As a Technical Writer for 15+ years, I produced numerious documents including policy/procedure manuals, how-to guides, engineering specs, meeting minutes, quick reference guides, and job aids.

MY NEWS:
I've landed a freelance job writing tutorials for Baby Boomers on how to use and navigate various websites.
As of 9/12/08, I have three reviews published on ReviewStream.com.
As of 9/18/08, I have two how-to guides published on eHow.com.
