At Dusk, Before Dawn
(HOPING TO LIVE TOMORROW)
Life is so short,
now we are and then we are not…
Tomorrow will be another day
but preparation begins from today.
At every dusk, before every dawn
tomorrow is planned as today is gone…
But why??
Lend a thought to what I say
how do you know tomorrow would be as gay?
Only because today was,
how can you say tomorrow too would be yours…
So sure??
Now, you are reading this and
then, the earth shakes
an earthquake takes place
the ceiling above falls over your head…
And you are no more!!
Well we prepare for the next moment
for we are positive, we are optimistic.
But where’s that force from that makes us act this way,
only to see (or not to see) tomorrow live today...
Where’s it from??
Life is a gift from Him too short,
now we are and then we are not.
He who has given this gift can snatch it any day.
Live life to the full anyway…
