Have visited almost the whole of India on official and personal trips and was in the United States of America during 1990-91 as Visiting Scholar, affiliated to George Washington University, Washington DC under Fulbright Programme, and availed the opportunity to visit the US, coast to coast.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
  • Has been a regular columnist on international relations. Columns titled "World Window", "Halchal Dhuniya ke"(Hindi)in national weekly "Organiser" and daily "Jansatta"(Hindi).
  • Edit page articles and column comments in dozens of national dailies and weeklies in both Hindi and English numbering around a thousand published.
  • Was a consultant to the National Council On Educational Research and Training, the Indian State Agency, publishing school text books and prepared the draft syllabi for all stages of school education in the subject of History.
  • Was awarded Fulbright Fellowship in 1990-1991 and visited the USA for collection of research material on American Diplomatic History.
