April May Rollins resides with her family in their modest home on 4+ acres out in the backwoods of lower New Hampshire; it gives her the space to allow her mind to wonder where ever it takes her. Here among the birds and trees is where she continues her writing career.
She has been writing short stories for the past 10 + years and has 3 articles published in early 2003 for a webzine called Seasoned Cooking. She is proud of her first book The Mardu Project, Code Name M-13 that is being published by Publish America in 2004.
Currently she is a book reviewer for the following webzines; Northeast Review, Military Review, Sime~Gen and Scribeweekly. She was one of the many judges for the SLESAR TWIST CONTEST 2003 and the Fire To Fly 2003 contest and she is a short story reviewer for Mark Orr one of the many Editors for FMAM Magazine (Futures Mysterious Anthology Magazine, founder/publisher Babs Lakey). She is also a Contributing Editor for Suite101.com, Freelance - Writing to Publishing starting March 5, 2004. She plans to open a teaching site for freelance writing in the near future with Suite101.com.
You can usually find her either playing lovingly with her three children and husband, with a book curled up in the corner of the couch or feverishly punching the keys on her computer.
