Brenetia Adams-Robinson is a management professional with twenty (20) years administrative and program management experience. She is a Cum Laude graduate from the University of Maryland, completing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management with emphasis in Human Resource Management. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Global Technology Management from American Intercontinental University and currently serves as the Manager of Training and Performance Management at Morehouse School of Medicine. She is also the president of her own consulting firm, Epitome’ Consulting Services.
She is a skilled writer with several writing genre to her credit. As a business professional, she has written informational pamphlets, human resource orientation booklets, management handbooks, policy manuals, business plans and grant proposals. She has also developed, written featured articles for, edited and produced several community newsletters for a diverse target market to include the volunteer community, entrepreneurs, Christian singles, non-profit leadership, community ministries and small business development. She has recently completed a full length romance novel (fiction) and a motivational book for spiritual overcoming (non-fiction) and is seeking publication of both manuscripts.
She is a skilled human resource management professional with a diverse human resource background and holds several federal certifications. She has a broad knowledge of marketing, public relations and social etiquette as evident by her successful coordination of numerous business meetings, VIP luncheons, fundraising activities, training seminars, conferences, community banquets and official ceremonies.
Brenetia is a prolific public speaker with more than 18 years service as workshop facilitator, seminar presenter, mistress of ceremony and featured guest speaker as a business professional and an evangelist of the gospel. She is called upon consistently to teach, counsel and speak to audiences of all ages, backgrounds and economic status’ as conference facilitator, featured guest speaker, mistress of ceremony and panel member.
She has received numerous awards and honorariums for outstanding program development, superior developmental skills and excellence in professionalism. Her honors include Zeta Phi Beta’s Woman of the Year for all of Europe; the Army Achievement Medal, one of the top five awards possible for a civilian employee with the Federal government; the Pentagon’s Customer Service of Excellence Award; the Commander’s Award of Excellence; a Desert Storm / Desert Shield Certificate of Appreciation, an Order of the Eastern Star Outstanding Service Certificate; Certificates of Commendation (monetary) and numerous others.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Developed and implemented the first comprehensive institutional training and performance management programs at a prestigious medical institution, focusing on leadership and management training, employee empowerment, and executive development for a multicultural population of more than 1100 employees. Consistent excellence in feedback for program inclusions as well as facilitation and training expertise. Wrote program and policy guidelines.
- Consistently sought as a featured guest writer for community and church newsletters. Consistently received positive feedback.
- Developed, wrote, edited and published a quarterly community newsletter, featuring articles on Christian living, business development, entrepreneurship and social growth. Excellent feedback and response to articles published.
- Developed, wrote, edited and published a volunteer newsletter for a military community of over 100,000; articles from newsletter were featured in the military command newspaper.
