I am Chad Ainsworth and I live in Manassas, Virginia. I have always had a love and talent for creating stories. Many people have said that I have a wild immagination. One time back in my 7th grade English class, we were assigned to write a scary short story of a 500 word length. Well, I wrote a story that was well over 1000 words in length. Everyone in the class had to read their story aloud and during the reading of everyone else's stories most of the students were laughing and talking, but during the reading of my story the room was dead silent. When I had finished reading it aloud, everyone breathed out a sigh of relief and wiped the sweat off their foreheads from the suspense, and then applauded. Every student in the classroom agreed that my story was by far the scariest and that I should be an author when I grow up. I have also have been given a story to tell. MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- I am a AAA tier 1 ice hockey player that, at the beginning of this season, was thought of as nothing much more than a goon, which I am most certainly not. So I worked extremely hard over the summer to and the beginning of the season to become better at my hockey skills. Then I had finally reached my goal, I had become the team's leading goal scorer and in the top 5 for assists. I was doing great. Then a horrible accident happened in practice. My skate looses an edge and my feet slip right out from under me, at full speed, when I was turning near the boards. I of coarse fell into the boards and broke my leg. I was then out for almost half the season, and lost almost all the endurance and skills I had worked so hard to obtain. But I made a recovery and regained most of those skills again through more hard work. I helped my team win regionals and advance to districts. We ended up loosing in the Championship game by a fluke too. But in a whole that season was a great experience for me.
- I somehow have managed to keep my grades up and write all the time in the openings of my hockey schedule.
- I have been accepted into the 'Institute of Children's Litterature' wroting course and am in the procces of completing it.

MY NEWS:
-I have a 141 page young adult/horror novel written and ready to be published.
-I have a collection of short stories written and ready too.
-I write in 5 genres mainly: Horror, Television & Screenplys, Young Adult/ Teen, Short Stories, and Inspirational.
-I also am in the proccess of writing a horror/ somewhat science-fiction novel that I estimate to be between 200 and 300 pages.
